Bio: Hey guys, I?m Latasha James, founder and President of the club. There?s not much to say here that isn?t posted somewhere else on the site. I?m a born and raised Wilmington, DE. I?ve been into anime for over ten years now; it all started w/ Sailor Moon? I love to cosplay at cons and run around trying to take as many pics of all the pretty ?bishi? (bishonen = pretty boy) cosplayers.

Bio: First and foremost, I?m hubby to President-chan, Latasha James. (Coincidently, I also double as the club?s Vice President.) I?m originally from Texas and got into anime partially due to my Japanese influenced upbringing as well as my ties w/ the Navy, and of course Tasha. I?m more of a manga fan than anime in all honesty and enjoy playing Go at our meetings w/ the other members of the Go League. I?m not really a fan of J-Rock, but I have a soft spot, in my heavy metal loving heart, for the K-Rock band Blackhole. I also enjoy online and console gaming as well as photography, graphic design and hiking. There?s other stuff, but I don?t want to drag this on any longer than need be. If you want to know more about me, just hit me up online or at one of the local meetings.

Photo: (Photo Goes Here) Name: Carenda Martin
Nicknames:
Job/Title(s): Advisor, Assistant Meeting Hostess
Contact: @delawareanimefans.com
Quote: "Ever wish that the makers of yaoi could make corresponding fruit snacks?"

Bio: An anime fan since the age of 6 and a veteran convention goer, Carenda is the well known, but seldom seen advisor of the DACE. She has good ideas, a full schedule and a boisterous laugh. She likes anything with good artwork, a solid storyline and is not called Intial D. Rumor has it that during a full moon, if you look out a window and wave a pack of Kusanagi Strawberry gummies calling out, "Paranoia Agent is on!" she will appear behind you.

Bio: I'm a college freshman, born and raised in Delaware. I've had an interest in Japan and japanese things for a long, long time. I really got into it my freshman year of high school, when I finally had exposure to cable and satellite tv. I've developed interest in more than anime, manga and games - I'm hoping to start my own japanese-inspired fashion label and cosplay commission store, as well as teach the japanese language and about japanese culture to high school students. I've been playing games since around 1992 or 1993, I believe. I'm a big Guilty Gear and Tekken fan, but I'm up to try any new game. I also draw, write and have an interest in music and singing. Music is my other passion aside from japanese culture. Outside of anything to do with Japan, I love cartoons. I still watch current and former Nickelodeon toons ( mainly Invader Zim, Fairly Oddparents, and Danny Phantom). I also love fashion design and sewing in general. I'm somewhat notorious among my family for dying my hair deep pink, dressing "gothic", and being a "mouse potato". xD
